Once you have submitted your requirements, we assign a delivery manager and a team for your job. We analyze your requirements and quickly revert with questions if we have any. Once the clarifications are in, we get to work. You can track the assignment by logging into your space on our portal.
From the time you first do business with us, you get an ID and password to login to our portal and see the progress of your assignment. You can contact the single point of contact assigned to anytime.
We stick to deadlines. We know that a whole lot of planning depends on when we deliver. Thus, if you give a date (and unless we think that some things are impossible in that time frame), we shall stick to it and deliver.
All assignments shall come to you in compressed (zipped) files. These shall be accompanied by general deployment instructions and guidelines - stuff like where to keep what files etc.
You can track progress and talk to us whenever you feel that you have missed something or that we are doing something that you did not want. After we have understood and agreed upon your requirements, we take small course corrections in our stride.

We look for the unflattened source file (Photoshop or Fireworks file) of the page or element you want produced. We handle a variety of formats, so if you have a specific query, call us or drop a mail. Also provide notes for the project in the order form. You can even upload a spec once we have signed the NDA with you.
We prefer Adobe Photoshop PSDs. Un-flattened pages please. Besides, we handle all sorts of file types - Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Fireworks, et al.
We do. Zip the files and send them across along with your order.
Add a separate layer of dynamic elements within the source file you upload. Alternatively you can send across a flattened image. Please also add any special notes for any specific requirements for a page. These services are offered for free, and incur no extra costs.
Mail them over. Talk to us. Chat with us on the portal using your login ID. Tell us about them. We just said that we take small course corrections in our stride. Large changes would carry a price tag.

Payments can be made at any point of time during the export order. If you give us a token amount to start with you are entitled to a 5 % discount. Once you are done ordering, we show you what you have asked for. We also revert with a spec document of what you have asked for. That removes the remotest possibility of even the smallest surprise.
We refund the money pronto. This happens if we have agreed upon what you want and we have done an awful job. Don't worry - we always do a good job and we know that you lose vital time and opportunities if things do not turn up nicely. We work hard to achieve your success.
